The Company was incorporated in 2000 and has steadily grown over the past 19 years from a basic telecoms infrastructure provider, to a licensed colocation service provider, licensed fibre optics provider and a key player in the provision of rural telephony services across Africa
In 2018, Raeanna was awarded an open access fibre infrastructure network licence (South-south) from Nigeria Communications Commission (“NCC”) to operate as a service provider to all ISPs operators within the region
Raeanna’s service offerings are broadly across three types of projects, including:
Raeanna has built, managed and optimised over 2,500 cellular towers for various Mobile Network Operators (“MNO”) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (“OEMs”)
The Company is currently managing over 6,000km of fibre optic infrastructure

Raeanna Limited provides telecommunication infrastructure and support services to the major MNOs in Nigeria. The Company’s tower sites, maintenance centers and fibre optics cables are located across Nigeria. Raeanna has offices and maintenance centers in 45 locations across 27 states and is represented in all the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria
Raeanna plans to begin operations in eight additional Sub-Saharan African countries by year 2020.
The expansion of the Company’s operations is driven by the need to strategically position itself to become the leading provider of rural telephony services and telephone infrastructure across Africa.
